METALLURGICAL ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER

Minimum Qualifications:

	A Master’s Degree required with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mineral process engineering or Metallurgical engineering or equivalent mining field.
	Must have experience with gold, silver and copper metallurgical testing processes; magnetic separation technologies, process plant start-up and commissioning.
	Must be able to design test work to specialized design and performance specifications, design metallurgical and environmental testing programs to site conditions.
	Must be able to prepare evaluation reports, update clients with correct, quality data, evaluate final data, produce and or evaluate written reports of test results.
	Business development in foreign and domestic markets; experience in developing countries a plus.
	Aptitude for business development and front-end contact with mining company executives, representatives and have established industry contacts.

Additional duties:

Meeting with clients and staff, as necessary and performing metallurgical and environmental consulting services as expertise dictates.

Job Summary:

Will supervise testing program progress, quality check and evaluate all data related to test work. Must be able to identify and make necessary changes and/or corrections in testing protocol, as appropriate.

Pay and Benefits:

Prevailing wage and commensurate with experience. Health insurance and Paid Vacation/Holiday/Sick leave.

Hours:

Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Minimum Qualifications:

	High School graduate with aptitude in Math.
	Must be able to perform physical labor - bending, lifting (50 lbs.), climbing, walking required
	Must be able to pass a Respiratory Evaluation and Fit test - respirator required for various aspects of the job
	No experience required - will train.

Additional duties:

Must be able to follow directions.

Job Summary:

Will perform all aspects of metallurgical and environmental test work based on written and verbal instructions. Requires extreme attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly (orally and written) data and results of test work.

Pay and Benefits:

Starting at $10.00 per hour with Benefits for full-time (>32 hrs/week) employees.

Benefits include Health insurance and Paid Vacation/Holiday/Sick leave.

Hours:

Day shift - Sunday through Saturday (@ 6:00 a.m. - @ 4:30 p.m.)

Swing shift - Monday through Friday (@ 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
