GENE E. McCLELLAND - President, MLI
B.S. Chemistry, M.S. Metallurgical Engineering. Experience (over 38 years) in precious and base metals and environmental research, testing, and consulting with the U.S. Bureau of Mines, Bateman Metallurgical Laboratories, and McClelland Laboratories, Inc. (1987 to present). Over 100 publications, presentations and patents (3) related to precious metals processing and environmental considerations. Over 3000 research/testing projects related to precious and base metals processing and environmental impact prevention and/or mitigation. Taught a heap leach short course for 10 years and an environmental short course for 3 years.

JACK S. McPARTLAND - Vice President of Operations, MLI
B.S. Chemical Engineering, M.S. Metallurgical Engineering, University of Nevada (Reno), Certified Environmental Manager, State of Nevada. over 20 years experience in precious and base metals and environmental research and testing. International consulting experience on precious metals processing projects. Experience in biooxidation processing of precious metals and copper bearing sulfide ores for milling and heap leaching processes. Treatment of refractory precious metal ores. Five publications-presentations related to metallurgical processing and environmental concerns.

MICHAEL B. DOOLIN, Jr. - Metallurgist/Project Manager, MLI
B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering, B.S. in Chemistry (Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology, 1986). Over 20 years experience in industry including plant facilities operations and management of metallurgical projects and evaluations. Mr. Doolin has been a plant manager, Sr. Production Manager, and Sr. Metallurgist and Plant Metallurgist, responsible for day to day operation of heap leach pads, metallurgical and assay laboratory heap leach operation, and for performing metallurgical evaluation of proposed projects, and working with consultants to develop mine closure plans.

JEFFREY S. OLSON - Metallurgist/Project Manager, MLI
B.S. Degree in Material Science and Engineering, Minor Nanotechnology, University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) - 2010. Research Assistant, Dept of Material Science and Engineering, UNR - Designed, purchased, installed and programmed custom automated equipment. Assisted in the preparation of research proposals. Awarded third place in the 2010 Nevada Governor’s Cup for business plan regarding ‘Conversion of Waste Paper to Valued Fuel Products,’ an analysis of the processing of waste paper in super-critical reactors. Mr. Olson was also a contributor to the publication of "Effect of Trace Elements on Long-Term Cycling/Aging Properties and Thermodynamics Studies of Complex Hydrides for Hydrogen Storage", 2010 U.S. Department of Energy Hydrogen Program Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Meeting, Washington, D.C. June 7-11, 2010

VICTORIA KAZIMIROVA - Metallurgist/Project Manager, MLI
B.S. Degree in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, North Caucasus State Technological University (Russia), 1991-1996; Master's degree in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, Moscow State Mining University (Russia) 1996-1998. As a metallurgist and senior metallurgist, Ms. Kazimirova’s experience includes research, minerals testwork, design technology scheme and engineering, including start-up and commissioning of a Pilot Plant, technical advisor for control technology production of ferro magnetic colloid for magnetic fluid separators, analytical calculation of permanent magnet systems and structural schemes of magnetic separators, and project manager for process technologies and operating procedures of developed equipment in the industrial and research practices of separation of minerals containing precious, rare and nonferrous metals.

MICHAEL S. MEDINA - Project Manager, MLI
B.S. Degree in Biochemistry, University of Nevada, Reno; Research Assistant, Dept. of Biochemistry, UNR – conducted experimental study of iron oxidizing, rust causing bacteria. Laboratory Supervisor and Lead Laboratory Technician, MLI, for over 10 years, involved with various chemical and metallurgical experiments for precious metals recovery and environmental study. Consultant for on-site metallurgical laboratories, assisting in metallurgical extraction experiments and sampling.
